Today I am launching a blog dedicated to the customer experience! This site is for customer service agents, managers, and, at the end of the day, customers!
But who am I? After more than 20 years of experience in the Contact Center industry, I have seen it all. All those years ago I started as a brand new agent, one that had never taken a phone call…one that had never even seen what a call center looked like. Rising through the ranks, I have been the team lead, the manager/coach, and even to the director. I have seen visions implemented and successfully maintained. I have seen entire teams implode due to mismanagement. Luckily, I have been inspired by strong, engaging leaders. Sadly, I have been oppressed by complacent middle managers. I have seen it all.
I look to have a whimsical, sometimes goofy, take on our industry. There is lots of information out there, but most of it is super serious. Let’s not take ourselves so super serious. Let’s have fun with this, shall we?
